 Learn of the lives of the Men on Thurlby’s War Memorial and the village they lived in

 There are 100 men on our Roll of Honour

We would love any photos and information on those that came home to the village

Display of over 800 photos of the village and its people –over 100 new to the collection PLUS displays of memorabilia of the WW1 era

All Baptism, Marriage and Burial Registers from St Firmin’s Church,

dating back to 1564, available for Family Research

(Available from the Lincolnshire Archives for this event only)

 Children’s Trail and Crafts

 Refreshments – Homemade cakes and light lunches– sample “Trench Cake”

 Showing of the family film “WARHORSE” (12)

 Saturday 13th September 6pm at Thurlby Church Hall
